Terms of Service

Using This Site

Mandarin Hanhe publishes course information, learning resources, contact forms, and the “Mandarin Schools and Courses by City” public directory. Directory inclusion is informational and does not mean every listed provider is our partner.

Directory Links

Please verify course dates, fees, credentials, visa support, campus details, and enrollment terms directly with the school, provider, or independent teacher before applying or paying. Mandarin Hanhe does not provide Trial lessons itself; course matching helps you choose or receive a recommendation, while the learner and provider confirm the final service relationship directly. External websites are controlled by their own operators.

Reviews And Submissions

User comments, corrections, school-listing applications, and independent-teacher profiles require email confirmation and manual moderation before they may appear. Submit genuine experience and verifiable information only. Do not post spam, ads, private personal data, illegal content, or impersonation. We may mask profanity, remove abusive content, and contact submitters for verification.

School Enquiry Relay

No registration is needed, but human verification, email ownership confirmation and separate sharing consent are required. New forms explicitly marked for automatic forwarding queue your initials, course question after basic contact-detail removal and study preferences to the selected school's verified mailbox after you confirm. Your full name and direct contacts are withheld. Missing contacts, content requiring review or automatic sending limits are handled by staff. Earlier manual-relay forms are not retrospectively forwarded or given broader consent. Schools reply to our platform mailbox; our team reads replies and contacts you. A response, timing, admission, course place or visa is not guaranteed. A listing does not imply a partnership or endorsement. An enquiry is not enrollment, an order or a payment commitment. Its tracking reference is for correspondence, not an account credential.
